Lindsey began her career at 17 in sales, marketing, and business as an Independent Contractor for a national company. She learned how to build rapport, engage her customers, and most importantly, make the sale. She was able to generate over 1,000 personal referrals. By 19, she was promoted to Assistant Manager, and at 22 moved to a new city to set up a stand-alone branch office. She successfully advertised, interviewed, recruited, and trained over 100 Independent Consultants. Her branch office was number 3 in sales that year, and number 1 in recruitment.

For the following 20+ years, Lindsey spent time with some of the most well-recognized and respected companies and brands in the world: Coca-Cola and Kellogg's. Most recently, she was solely responsible for growing her region by double digits to over $4.5 Million. She grew her client database to over 1,500 customers, managed to travel monthly and meet or exceed her Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) consistently. Lindsey accomplished all this while managing a household, staying healthy and fit, seeing friends and family, caring for two active young boys and a dog, and supporting her husband in his business.

She has proven the value of using Customer Relationship
Management (CRM) software and mastering time management, rarely working weeknights and never weekends.

Happily married to Ryan since 2006, and mother to 2 amazing boys Greyson, and Graham, Lindsey enjoys spending time with her family and friends, walking their dog, weight-training, and listening to the latest fitness & health and wellness podcasts. She volunteers at the school as well as Team Manager for her sons’ sports teams.

Lindsey holds a Bachelor of Business Administration and a Marketing Communications Diploma from the British Columbia Institute of Technology.
